# Loona LLC (loonausa.com)

> Loona LLC is an applied AI consultancy and software venture studio led by Founder and Principal Alex Delgado (Naval Aviator, Navy AI Leader, and former Navy Mass Communication Specialist). We meet growing businesses where they are, connecting and automating the software tools they already run, and we build and operate our own portfolio of live software and commerce companies.

## Core Consultancy Philosophy: Meet Clients Where They Are
- **No Rip-and-Replace**: Businesses do not need to replace their current software stack. We build directly inside Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Shopify, HubSpot, and Slack.
- **3-Phase Engagement Model**:
  1. **Walk the Floor (Week 1)**: Map daily operational bottlenecks with front-line staff and deliver a flat-rate written scope.
  2. **Wire & Build (Weeks 2 to 4)**: Connect existing software tools, automate quoting/inbox/scheduling triage, and deploy private company AI assistants with audit logs and role permissions.
  3. **Train & Scale (Ongoing or Turnkey)**: Train employees side-by-side in plain language and measure hours saved every week.
